Toddlers doing Yoga
This new article talks about toddlers doing yoga. The boy featured in the article has been foing yoga since he was six months old, apparently. (Personally, I've seen six-month old babies, and while they are very flexible, I really can't see them following along during a yoga practice - but maybe thats just me). Starting yoga at a young age does seem to make sense, and according to the article, it can be a bonding experience with parents.
